Flooring Insert Tooling

Insert flooring tooling for moulder side heads — the double-sided reversible system grinds both profiles on each carbide insert for four cutting edges, running up to 100,000 ft of flooring on one set with a single insert rotation and one flip of the side heads.

The standard head is 6" diameter × 60mm wide with three knives, in 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 40mm, or 1-13/16" bores; in moulder applications all four patterns run without adjusting spindle heights after initial setup.
