Raised Panel Cutter — Profile 005, Mini-Pro (3/4″ Bore)

Raises the center field of a solid-wood cabinet-door panel to the profile 005 edge — one of the profiles in Freeborn’s FB-SRP Mini-Pro raised-panel series. The 15° shear angle slices cross-grain cleanly for a tear-free shoulder, and the cutter runs in coordination with a matching cope & pattern set on the frame stiles and rails to complete the door. The exact edge shape is carried by Freeborn’s profile 005 reference drawing rather than a shape name — match it to the drawing for the detail you want. Mini-Pro build: 3-wing, 3/4″ bore, 4-1/2″ diameter, counterclockwise, carbide-tipped; runs with an AM-90-026 rub bearing and cuts both 5/8″ and 3/4″ panel stock. Pro-Line counterpart is FB-SRP-PL-005 (1-1/4″ bore, 6″ diameter).
