Cope & Pattern Set (6-Piece, Deep Profile) — Profile 231, Pro-Line (1-1/4″ Bore)

A complete six-piece Cope & Pattern set for stile-and-rail cabinet doors. In one setup it cuts the cope and its matching pattern (sticking) on the frame, a glass-panel profile that matches the sticking, and a tongue-and-groove joint. Runs counter-clockwise on an AP-90-052 rub bearing, material fed face down, for 3/4″-1-1/8″ stock. Profile 231 selects the sticking profile shown in the product image. This is the deeper-profile version, cutting a 1/2″-deep pattern. Pro-Line: 1-1/4″ bore, 4″ diameter, three wings, carbide or T-Alloy. The Mini-Pro counterpart is MC-50-231.
