Corner Rounding Cutter — 3/4″ Radius, Pro-Line (1-1/4″ Bore)

Rounds a 3/4″ radius on furniture components, millwork and architectural trim — the largest radius Freeborn builds on the standard 4″ Pro-Line body, for stair parts, heavy timber edges and handrail components. Above this radius the series moves to larger diameters: PC-25-014 and -016 run 4-1/2″, PC-25-020 runs 5″ and PC-25-024 runs 5-1/2″. Runs counterclockwise with the wood fed face down. Carbide or T-Alloy — carbide for general production, T-Alloy where abrasive stock or long runs justify the premium. The Mini-Pro equivalent is MC-65-012 on a 3/4″ bore at 2-15/16″. Freeborn indexes this series by radius and the trailing SKU number is that radius in sixteenths, so 012 is 3/4″, 008 is 1/2″ and 002 is 1/8″.
