Corner Rounding Cutter — 1″ Radius, Pro-Line (1-1/4″ Bore)

Rounds a 1″ radius on the corners and edges of furniture parts, cabinet components, moulding, and architectural trim, easing a square arris into a clean quarter-round. The cutter mounts on a shaper spindle and runs counter-clockwise with the stock fed face down. The Pro-Line body carries a 1-1/4″ bore at 4-1/2″ diameter on three wings in carbide or T-Alloy. This radius is Pro-Line only. Freeborn indexes this line by radius: the trailing SKU number is the radius in sixteenths, so 004 is 1/4″, 008 is 1/2″ and 012 is 3/4″.
