The Schmidt H100T is a finished M2 high-speed steel handrail profile knife ground to 2-3/4″ H × 1-1/2″ W × 5/16″ thick. The “T” suffix indicates this knife cuts the top portion of the H100 handrail profile — part of a multi-pass or matched set that shapes the full handrail cross-section including top flat or curved cap, side profiles, and bottom chamfers. Handrail knives at this dimension are used on staircase handrails, deck rails, and architectural balustrading in residential and commercial construction.
