Insert Tenon Head — Aircraft Aluminum, 4-Sided Solid Carbide Inserts

Insert tenon heads made from aircraft aluminum for any single- or double-end tenoner. The staggered-tooth design runs quieter and needs less horsepower, and the four-sided solid carbide inserts and spurs are simply rotated as they dull — no sending out for sharpening. Diameter stays constant for minimal setup, and set-screw mounting is available.

Choose your head diameter and cutting-edge width. The 4″–5″, 5″–6″, and 6″–7″ heads are 6-wing / 3-spur; the 8″ head is 8-wing / 4-spur (effective cutting teeth are half the wing count). Specify bore size when ordering. Replacement inserts INKS415, insert screws INKS415S, spurs INKS414, and spur screws INKS414S.
