Multiprofile Router Head — 2-1/4″ Dia × 40mm Cutting Width, 3/4″ Shank

The IRM40 is a multiprofile router head — 2-1/4 in. diameter with a 40mm cutting width and a solid 3/4 in. shank for routing operations. It uses the same 3/8 in. profile backerplates and replaceable carbide inserts as Schmidt’s multiprofile cutter heads, bringing the full multiprofile library to a router table or hand router. Change the profile by swapping the backer; index or replace the carbide insert as it wears, with no grinding. The 40mm cutting width covers mid-width mouldings and edge profiles. Order the profile backers and inserts separately.
