Mikron R200 Automatic Rosette Maker
Fully automatic, shop-floor portable, and built to run production volume of decorative rosettes for door, trim, and millwork work.
Blanks load from the hopper and the machine clamps, cuts, and ejects them automatically at up to 500 rosettes per hour. One operator can keep it running alongside other work rather than cutting rosettes one at a time on a shaper or drill press.
The R200 accepts 2-1/2″ to 5″ squares, covering most architectural rosette sizes for doors, casings, and crown returns. A 7,500 RPM cutter leaves a clean face with minimal sanding, and hydraulic feed holds consistent pressure through the cut for repeatable results across a run.
