Schmidt Standard Moulder Head, Self-Centering Sleeve — 6 in. × 2-1/4 in., 4-Knife

Open-end self-centering sleeves position each corrugated knife automatically as the head is tightened, so this standard moulder head sets up fast and runs balanced without manual knife alignment. Six inches (150mm) in diameter with a 2-1/4 in. cutting length, it carries 4 knives at a 15° cutting angle over 16–60° corrugations for profile and surfacing work in softwood and hardwood. Supplied with a hex nut. Specify 1-13/16″ or 2-1/8″ bore and direction of rotation when ordering.
