137mm OD x 100mm CB Knife Head, 2-Pocket, 22° Hook, 1-13/16 in. Bore

The MH4622 is a 137mm OD, 100mm cut length, 1-13/16 in. bore, 2-pocket corrugated back knife head with 22° hook for metric industrial production moulders. The 100mm knife seat handles standard-depth production profiles — door casing, base moulding, and mid-height crown elements — at the 137mm OD metric head standard. Two-pocket balanced cutting is appropriate where profile complexity or surface quality demands do not require the additional knife engagements of the 4-pocket MH462. The 22° hook angle provides chip clearance for mixed hardwood/softwood production moulding. At 100mm CEL in 2-pocket configuration, knife weight is moderate and handling is simpler than the 4-pocket equivalent. The 1-13/16 in. bore fits the industrial spindle for 137mm-class metric moulder equipment. The MH462 is the 4-pocket version for improved surface finish or feed rate. The MH4622A (150mm) extends CEL for taller profiles in the 2-pocket metric series. Knives sold separately.
