The MH4482M is a 4-13/16 in. OD, 8 in. cut length, 40mm bore, 2-pocket corrugated back moulder head with 15° hook — the metric bore version of the MH4482 for European wide-bed production moulders with 40mm spindles. The 8 in. CEL is industrial-grade: covering the widest architectural panel profiles, full-height door stile assemblies, and tall decorative millwork elements that require a single full-height pass on heavy industrial equipment. European-origin wide-bed moulders operating at 8 in. CEL require the 40mm bore for proper spindle fit. At 8 in. CEL, the safety requirements are the same as the inch-bore MH4482 — matched knife sets, balance verification, confirmed safe operating speed, and appropriate safety guarding are all mandatory. The 15° hook angle maintains surface quality on hardwood moulding at maximum industrial CEL. The MH4492M extends to 9 in. for the widest profiles in the metric 2-pocket range.
