The MH463 is a 137mm OD, 180mm cut length, 1-13/16 in. bore, 4-pocket corrugated back knife head with 22° hook for metric industrial production moulders. The 180mm (approximately 7 in.) knife seat provides extended profile coverage beyond the 150mm MH462A for very tall architectural and furniture moulding profiles on 137mm-class industrial moulder equipment. At 180mm CEL, the MH463 handles large-scale decorative components, wide panel mouldings, and tall door and frame profiles that require a single full-height pass for production efficiency. The 22° hook maintains chip clearance at extended CEL; four-pocket construction supports surface finish quality on tall profiles at production feed rates. Knife mass at 180mm CEL in a 4-pocket head is substantial — matched knife sets and head balance verification are essential before operating at moulder speed. The 1-13/16 in. bore fits the industrial spindle for 137mm-class equipment. The MH4632 is the 2-pocket equivalent. The MH464 (230mm) is the maximum CEL in the series. Knives sold separately.
