Innovator Jr Cutterhead — 5-1/8” Cutting Circle, 3/4” Bore, Counter-Clockwise Rotation

The QC601CC is the Innovator Jr quick-change cutterhead body — 5-inch diameter with a 5-1/8-inch cutting circle, 3/4-inch bore, counter-clockwise rotation. The Innovator Jr is the smaller of the two Schmidt Innovator cutterhead bodies, designed for 3/4-inch spindle shapers in shops that need quick-change knife capability without upgrading to a 1-1/4-inch bore machine. The Innovator system uses corrugated back and Schure-Lock knife sets (QC100-105 for 3/4-inch panel profiles, QC200-205 for 5/8-inch panel profiles, and QC300 for straight knives) that drop into the cutterhead body and lock mechanically — no height setup required on knife changes. Matching ball bearing: AC106 (1-5/8-inch OD x 3/4-inch bore). Specify counter-clockwise rotation for standard US shaper spindle operation.
