3-1/4” OD x 3/4” Shank 2-Wing Multiprofile Router Bit — Rail

The IR100R cuts the rail (cope) side of a router-made stile-and-rail joint, pairing with the IR100S stile cutter to complete the matched set. A 2-wing multiprofile design at 3-1/4″ diameter on a 3/4″ shank, with a 30mm (1.1811″) tip width, 20° cutting angle, and black oxide finish. Multiprofile construction carries the profile in the replaceable tip rather than the bit body, so a shop changes door profiles without buying a new bit assembly. Run it in a table-mounted router or CNC with a 3/4″ collet — the 3-1/4″ cutting diameter calls for a router table or CNC application, not handheld use, with speed reduced to suit the diameter.
