V-Paneling & T&G Set — Profile 090, Pro-Line (1-1/4″ Bore)

A complete V-paneling and tongue-and-groove cutter set for machining matched V-groove wall paneling, wainscoting, and ceiling board on a shaper — it cuts the tongue-and-groove edge joint and its matching cope in one program. The seam profile is carried by Freeborn’s profile-090 reference drawing rather than a shape name; see the product image for the machined detail. It runs counter-clockwise with the stock fed face down. Pro-Line: 1-1/4″ bore, 5-1/4″ outside diameter, three wings, carbide or T-Alloy tips; designed to run with a 3-1/4″ rub bearing. Profile 090 runs a larger cutter than the rest of the Pro-Line V-paneling range, which is built on a 4″ body — allow for the extra swing when setting up.
