Mini-Pro Rub Spacer, 1/4″ x 1/2″ Tongue

In a Mini-Pro cope-and-pattern sequence, the cope pass requires the center cutter to be swapped for a spacer that matches the tongue geometry — otherwise the spindle stack height changes and the fence position drifts. This Freeborn Mini-Pro rub spacer fits the M-50/P-10 series on the 3/4″ bore spindle and is sized for the 1/4″ x 1/2″ tongue profile. Swapping the center cutter for this spacer on the cope pass keeps the spindle stack at the correct height, so the cope cut mirrors the pattern cut geometry and produces joints that pull together cleanly. Machined by Freeborn to consistent tolerances for the 3/4″ bore, this spacer seats accurately on the spindle and holds position through a full cope-pass run. A required component of the Mini-Pro stile-and-rail system, not a field-shimmed workaround.
