Pro-Line Rub Spacer, 5.5mm x 1/2″ Tongue

The 5.5mm x 1/2″ tongue profile covers metric-specification door-frame production where the longer tongue depth is specified for heavier stile stock or joint configurations needing more engagement surface. On the 1-1/4″ bore spindle, this spacer replaces the center cutter in the M-50/P-10 system during the cope pass, holding the spindle stack at the same height as the pattern side so fence and collar settings carry across. The 5.5mm width matches the metric center-cutter standard, and the 1/2″ depth provides additional glue-line surface versus the 3/8″ version. Freeborn machines these spacers to close tolerances on the 1-1/4″ bore for consistent, repeatable results whether running cabinet doors or heavier passage-door frames.
