Mini-Pro Rub Spacer, 5.5mm x 3/8″ Tongue

Metric material dimensions appear regularly in window, door, and cabinetry work where European-specification stock is used. This Freeborn Mini-Pro rub spacer carries a 5.5mm x 3/8″ tongue profile to match that geometry on the cope side, fitting the M-50/P-10 series on the 3/4″ bore spindle. The 5.5mm width matches metric center-cutter standards common in European door-frame profiles; the 3/8″ depth holds the correct spindle stack height through the cope pass. As with all Mini-Pro rub spacers, swapping the center cutter for this spacer on the cope pass keeps the fence and collar settings unchanged from the pattern pass — the spindle stack stays consistent and joint geometry carries through. Machined by Freeborn to close tolerances for the 3/4″ bore, the spacer holds position accurately for repeatable results in metric-specification stile-and-rail production.
