Insert Knife Head — 5″–6″ Dia × 20mm Wide, 3-Knife

The ID3520 is a dedicated 3-wing insert cutter head, 5″–6″ diameter with a 20mm insert (cutting) width, that runs one fixed narrow profile over long production runs. The larger 5″–6″ body carries the profile at higher peripheral speed for a cleaner cut on demanding stock. Dedicated heads pay off where the same profile is cut for very long runs and in abrasive man-made materials: no cutter swaps between jobs, and low downtime because the C4 carbide inserts index to a fresh edge with repeatable accuracy. The inserts are industry-standard, readily available, and outlast comparable brazed tooling many times over. Standard bores are 30mm, 1-1/4″, 1-1/2″, 40mm, 1-13/16″, and 2-1/8″; black-oxide finish.
