Pro-Line Rub Spacer, 1/4″ x 1/2″ Tongue

The Pro-Line cope-and-pattern system on the 1-1/4″ bore spindle follows the same principle as the Mini-Pro: the cope pass requires the center cutter to be swapped for a rub spacer that maintains the spindle stack height without contributing to the cut. This Freeborn Pro-Line rub spacer fits the M-50/P-10 series on the 1-1/4″ bore spindle and is machined for the 1/4″ x 1/2″ tongue profile. Swapping to this spacer on the cope pass keeps the fence and collar settings unchanged from the pattern side, so the cope cut mirrors the pattern geometry and the assembled joint closes tight. Freeborn machines these spacers to close tolerances for the Pro-Line bore, ensuring consistent positioning on the 1-1/4″ spindle across a full production run.
