Insert Knife Head — 5″–6″ Dia × 35mm Wide, 3-Knife

The ID3535 is a dedicated 3-wing insert cutter head, 5″–6″ diameter with a 35mm insert (cutting) width, built to run one fixed profile over long production runs at consistent quality. Where a consistent profile is cut for very long runs and in abrasive man-made materials, a dedicated head removes cutter swaps between jobs and holds downtime low — the C4 carbide inserts index to a fresh edge with repeatable accuracy. The inserts are industry-standard, readily available, and outlast comparable brazed tooling many times over; depending on the profile, more than one cutting edge can be ground on each insert. Standard bores are 30mm, 1-1/4″, 1-1/2″, 40mm, 1-13/16″, and 2-1/8″; black-oxide finish. Additional wings or hydro bores for higher running speeds quoted on request.
