CONDITIONS OF SALEWARRANTY: All Charles G.G. Schmidt & Co. tools are warrantied against defect in workmanship and material for 90 days. Any product found to be defective may be returned with prior written approval. If found defective in our analysis, the product will be repaired or replaced.

PRICES: Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION: Standard orders may be cancelled without charge before shipping. Special orders may be cancelled but there will be a cancellation charge based on the status of your order and expenses incurred by the company at the time of cancellation. Standard items may be returned subject to a 15% restocking charge.

TERMS: Cash, COD, Credit Card, or Net 30 days upon credit approval.

Minimum order $30.00.

FREIGHT & SHIPPING: All orders are shipped FOB Montvale, NJ. All shipping and handling charges are added to the invoice. Ownership of products will pass to buyer at the time the goods are delivered to the freight carrier.
